Step 1
Dice onion and garlic and add to instant pot put onto sauté in glug of olive oil for 2 mins stirring constantly while it heats up and for its 2 mins until onions are soft and golden.

Add beef mince to pan and sauté for further 3 mins or until brown. Add salt and pepper to taste and 2 oxo beef cubes plus mixed dried herbs. Add a little water to deglaze base of pot.

Step 3
Cover meat with water. Snap 2 handfuls of spaghetti in half and lay on top of the meat.

Step 4
Empty jar of bolognaise sauce on top of spaghetti. Do not stir (or tomato may burn base of instant pot).

Step 5
Set to pressure cook for 4 mins set to quick release. Once steam is released stir mix. Add chopped carrot to top and 2 handfuls of frozen peas. Close lid until ready to serve to keep warm.
