Low calorie healthy banana oat pancakes with Raspberries
These pancakes are a healthier alternative and lower calorie for if your trying to lose weight but still enjoy yummy meals! ( I eat this all the time) it's about 370 calories, but it does matter what brand of ingredients you use and the ones I used again led it to be 370 plus some sugar free syrup. (15 calories)

Blend till smooth and thick
Step 2
Add your Raspberries or any berries you would like and mix it up a bit (about 1/4 cup or again to your liking)
Step 3
Put pan spray or whatever you use, non stick spray or butter stuff like that onto the pan
Step 4
Start adding your mix! Make them medium size and wait about 1-3 minutes before flipping
