Instructions

Step 1
Start by chopping your meat and holy trinity (carrot, celery and onion).
Step 2
Add to a pan with warm oil.
Step 3
Add a stock pot and leave to cook. Once cooked, add plain flour.
Step 4
Add milk and stir. Then, grate your cheese and add it to a pan to create a cheese sauce. Then add your Philadelphia followed by some tarragon.
Step 5
Start cooking the pasta then leave the sauce to blip.
Step 6
Once the pasta is cooked toss in the sauce.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
