Pasta - Crab, lime and pistachio

Pasta is one of the most famous Italian dishes. It is easy to make and most of the times all the ingredients are sitting in the fridge. This version is made with crab, lime and pistachio.

Cut the tomatoes in small cubes.

Strain the crab paste if it has been stored in a can and there is water in it.

Cook the pasta in salty water and while doing it prepare the sauces. Usually the black pasta comes in a long format and it should take around twelve minutes to get ready. Cook it according to the instructions on its box.

Step 4
Melt the butter in a pan and ease down both the tomatoes and the crab paste. Stir for about 10 minutes. Add half of the lime juice to the sause and half of the crumbled pistachio.

Step 5
When the pasta is ready, strain it and ease it down in the pan with the crab sauce. Stir for no longer than two minutes and serve adding what is left of the lime juice and pistachio.
