Step 1
In a large bowl, combine meat, garlic, onion, rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper. Mash the ingredients together to incorporate the spices well into the meat. For into 8 patties or 24 meatballs.
Step 2
Heat the coconut oil in a large pan. Add the patties or meatballs to the hot oil and cook them for about 5 minutes, flipping them to brown all sides. Add the broth or water and simmer them, covered for another 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked thorugh.
Step 3
Enjoy them warm, or store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
