Black Bean Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter, and add shallots. Cook until tender.
Step 2
Add garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook one minute.
Step 3
Add chicken stock, and black beans. Heat till boiling.
Step 4
While waiting for soup to boil, fry ham or desired meat in a skillet.
Step 5
Take immersion blender and blend till smooth as you would like.
Step 6
Add heavy cream, and serve immediately.
