Ingredients

60g doritos
3 tablespoons plain flour
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Instructions
Step 1
Blend half the Doritos then add the other half and pulse once so this half is more course.
Step 2
Add the crushed Doritos into a bowl, add the egg into a separate bowl and the plain flour into a third bowl.
Step 3
Add the onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper to the flour and mix.
Step 4
Whisk the egg.
Step 5
Dip each chicken tender into the flour, then egg, then Doritos and make sure it’s well coated at each step. I find it easier using one hand for the dry ingredients and the other for the wet ingredients.
Step 6
Preheat your airfryer to 180C for a couple minutes and once preheated add your chicken tenders ensuring they aren’t touching eachother.
Step 7
Spray with a little oil and cook for 10-12 minutes turning over half way.
Step 8
Serve with your favourite side or dip and enjoy!
