Instructions

Step 1
Beans and chickpeas are soaked with a little carbonate a day before the work.
Step 2
Wash the beans and chickpeas, then move it in a food processor, adding garlic, onions and cilantro, add the spices and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous and form a cohesive dough.
Step 3
Add sodium bicarbonate to the dough and mix well 10 minutes before deep frying.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or deep frying pan, scoop with a special spoon the amount of the dough in the form of a circle, dip it in sesame seeds and drop it slowly in the hot oil, turn it until golden brown.
Step 5
Remove the falafel to a strainer or kitchen towel, then serve it in a large plate or in a Pita bread sandwich with Tahini sauce (Tarator), tomato slices, chopped parsley, turnip pickles and chopped radish.
