Instructions

Step 1
Chop kale, carrot, celery, capsicums and parsley. Wash and add to bowl.
Step 2
Chop onion, avocado and cherry tomatoes and add to bowl. In the same bowl add the salt and pepper to taste, crunchy noodles, 1/2 Tbls hemp seeds, 2 tsp turmeric, and can of the four bean mix.
Step 3
In separate bowl, pour about 1 Tbls of balsamic glaze, 1/2 Tbls olive oil and 1/2 Tbls of honey (or to taste) and mix to make the dressing.
Step 4
Mix in lemon juice to taste and serve with dressing on the side.
