Taco Bells Soft & Crunchy Tacos

This is Steph's quick and easy recipe. Any ground meat can be used. Just use the same amount. For about 3 to 5 people, 1 to 1.5 pds of meat, with no leftovers, should be enough. * See recipes for suggested alternatives or sides.

Instructions

Step 1
Make desired beans and set aside for a topping.
Step 2
Brown and cook ground meat.
Step 3
Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
Step 4
On a flat pan, place the flour totilla on the pan on medium to low heat so it doesn't burn, just heats up slowly.
Step 5
After flipping and warming up the soft flour tortilla, spread the mexican cheese on the tortillas.
Step 6
Place the hard tortilla half way on the melted cheese topped tortilla for about a minute.
Step 7
Take the soft taco and wrap it around the hard tortilla to look like a taco.
Step 8
Spoon the cooked meat into the crunchy taco and top with desired toppings. Try topping them with both sour cream & cotija cheese.
