Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 475.
Step 2
Spray a 12-inch heavy bottomed skillet such as a cast iron skillet with oil or cooking spray (I pour in a tiny amount of coconut oil and spread it around with a towel). On on floured surface roll out the Pizza Dough to form a 14-inch disc. Place the dough into the skillet and roll the edges toward the center to create a fold.

Step 3
Spread the Pesto on top of the pizza dough. Layer your pizza with the Zucchini, Squash, Corn, Mozzarella Cheese, Asiago Cheese, and top with the Spinach and some salt and pepper for seasoning.
Step 4
Place the skillet into the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust edge begins to brown. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
