Instructions
Step 1
Cut the mozzarella in slices and let it drain in a strainer while prepearing the other ingredients.

Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves. Cut the cauliflower in slices one centimeter high. It does not matter if some of the tips separate form the slice, they are going to stich together anyway in the pan.

Poor a couple of spoon of olive oil in a large pan and keep the heat quite high. Once the oil is hot, ease down the cauliflowers slices.

Step 4
Roast the cauliflowers for ten minutes with the lid on your pan. Once this time is passed, turn the cauliflowers gently and cook for ten more minutes. Keep the lid on the pan so the moist can make the cauliflower softer.

Step 5
Poor now some tomato sauce in the pan, salt, pepper and some basil. Cook for another ten minutes

Step 6
Switch off the heat and ease down the mozzarella on top of the cauliflowers and let it melt. Remember to cover the pan with lid.

Once the mozzarella is soft, serve the pizzaiola cauliflowers adding some more basil on top.
