Instructions
Step 1
Heat frying pan on high, place chicken in frying pan skin side down until very crispy, place in air fryer to finish cooking through
Step 2
Chop mushrooms and broccoli and fry in the chicken juices left in the pan
Step 3
Make a sauce with the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli, garlic, sesame seeds, salt & pepper and green onions
Step 4
Heat jasmine rice
Step 5
Place the rice, then veg, then the chicken on a plate on top of each other and pour over the honey soy sauce. Garnish with the pickled onions
