Step 1
Put the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then knead well

Form the meat into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape it

Heat the oil in the pan. Over medium heat, add the meat and sear for 2-3min per side.

Cut the burger bun in half. Toast until golden brown.

Slice the tomato, pickle and onion

Place the meat on the bottom bread half. Then top it with the salad, cheese slice, onion slices and tomato slice.

Add the ketchup and mustard. Finish with the pickle slices.
