Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200c and add oil to muffin tins and get smoking hot.

Mix the flour and the eggs into a thick batter.

Then gradually add the milk and whisk until it's becomes a liquid.

Working fast, add the mixture to the the tins and cook for 15 minutes until risen and golden.
