Instructions

Step 1
Add 3" of water to a medium sized pot, bring to a boil and add a steaming basket. Place the potatoes in the basket, cover and steam for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Remove and place in a bowl. Add the garlic, parsley, parsley, green onion, mustard powder, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add any additions you would like.
Step 3
Divide between bowls and serve.
