Step 1
Put a large skillet over medium heat. Put oil in it to warm.

Cut the turkey breasts in smaller pieces and season it with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook the turkey in oil for about 10 min on each side (it has to be golden). When it's done put it in a covered plate.
Step 4
Add the chopped onion to skillet and cook for about 1 min, then add the garlic, mix and after 30 s add the veggie broth, chili flakes, parsley, salt, pepper and lime juice.
Step 5
Wait until boil and then turn to mild heat to cook for 10 min, until is slightly reduced.
Step 6
Return turkey to skillet, cook for 1 min and then turn off the heat and WHISK in yogurt or cream.
SERVING
Step 7
Make cous-cous ready and serve the turkey sauce with it.
