Instructions

Step 1
1. hot honey: Combine all ingredients and whisk together. Set aside.

2. roasted garlic: Preheat. oven to 375˚F. Place garlic head halves onto a small piece of foil, cut side up.

3. Drizzle with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.

4. Wrap foil around garlic and roast for 1 hour, until cloves are soft and slightly caramelized.

5. Unwrap and allow garlic to cool, about 10 minutes.

6. Squeeze into a bowl and mash with the back of a fork until a paste forms.

7. roasted garlic cheesy bread: Combine butter, roasted garlic paste, Parmesan, 1 tablespoon parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.

8. Stir together until fully mixed together.

9. Spread butter mixture evenly over both cut sides of the loaf of bread.

10. Top with shredded cheese and remaining parsley.

11. Place both halves of bread, cut side up, onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. (Optional: broil for 30 seconds, just to get the tops slightly browned and crisp.)

12. Remove garlic bread from oven, slice crosswise into pieces, drizzle with hot honey and serve.
