Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Step 2
Break the baking chocolate tablets into pieces and put them in a small bowl. Add 4 spoonfuls of water and make it melt inside the microwave. Be careful as to not let the chocolate solidify.
Step 3
Place the butter into a separate bowl and let it melt inside the microwave, then add it to the melted chocolate and mix them together.
Step 4
Mix the eggs and the sugar inside a third, big bowl, then add the flour and mix it together with the eggs and the sugar.
Step 5
Pour the melted chocolate-and-butter mix into the big bowl and mix it to the rest until you have a homogeneous cream.
Step 6
Pour the cream inside a buttered and floured recipient and let it cook inside the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
