Instructions
Step 1
Coat lamb leg steaks in Pureety Garden Mint glazes and set on ovenproof tray and leave to glaze for 30 mins or overnight
Step 2
Cook the roast potatoes for 6-8 mins in a pan of boiling water
Step 3
Drain the potatoes in a colander then toss with Pureety Rosemary & Garlic potato seasoning then heat oil or dripping on a tray in the oven
Step 4
Place potatoes on the tray (making sure they don’t clump together and allowing space for the heat to circulate)
Step 5
Cook the potatoes in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until they are golden brown
Step 6
When the lamb steaks have had time to glaze, place them under the grill for around 4-8 mins on each side (cook to your liking depending on thickness of the steaks and how well cooked you like them)
Step 7
Cook carrots in a light vegetable or chicken stock, garlic, sugar, butter and rosemary then cook your tenderstem broccoli in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes or until cooked to your liking
Step 8
Take the lamb out and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving
Step 9
Make gravy
