In one bowl mix together farmer’s cheese, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Mash it with a fork. Then gradually add flour. To me, it was enough 200 g (7 oz) of flour, but my used farmer’s cheese was quite dry, so if you use moist farmer’s cheese, then it’ll need a little more flour. The dough should be soft, elastic, but barely stick to the hands. You can put the dough in the refrigerator for some time, to get harden, but it’s not necessary.

Peel the apples, chop in thicker slices.

Lay a parchment paper on a baking tray.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
Step 6
Divide the dough into several pieces, roll out each piece thinly ~2 mm (0.08 inch) thickness, cut it into 8×8 cm (3×3 inch) squares (or as you want). In the middle of each square put an apple slice, then cover it with 2 square corners and press it. Put all the cookies on the baking tray, about a couple of centimeters from each other, that while baking they woudn’t touch each other. If all cookies don’t fit, then bake on separate oven pans.
Step 7
Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on all the cookies.

Bake for ~25-30 minutes in a preheated oven until nicely brown. Enjoy!

>> If you want sweeter cookies, then sprinkle all the squares with sugar-cinnamon mixture and just then place the apple slices.

>> You can also shape a large curd cheese cookies.

Orkaitę įkaitiname iki 180 C.

Tešlą paskirtome į keletą gabalėlių, kiekvieną gabalėlį plonai iškočiojame, ~1-2 mm storio, supjautome maždaug į 8×8 cm dydžio kvadratėlius. Į kiekvieno kvadratėlio vidurį dedame po obuolio skiltelę, ją „užklojame“ dvejais kvadratėlio kampais, prispaudžiame. Visus sausainius dedame ant kepimo skardos, maždaug poros cm atstumu vienas nuo kito, kad kepant nesusiliestų.

>> Jei norite saldesnių sausainių, tuomet visus supjaustytus kvadratėlius pabarstykite papildomai cukraus ir cinamono mišiniu ir tik po to dėkite obuolio skilteles.
