Instructions
Step 1
Slice and dice garlic, ginger, fresh red chili(optional) and scallion; Simply chop chicken wings(flats) into half and place them in a bowl.
Step 2
Add cooking oil in a heated skillet and further put chopped chicken wings in to cook. Simply pour cooking wine over chicken wings (this will help get rid of gamy taste).
Step 3
Continue to stir fry chicken wings, and add in chopped garlic ,ginger, red chili, season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Pi Xian Bean paste sauce to mix together. Add some water in the chicken and simmer on high with the lid on.
Step 4
Once broth starts to boil, we can adjust the heat to medium until the broth starts to dry out. Garnish with chicken powder and sliced scallion, it’s ready to serve.
