Instructions

Step 1
Place knob celery, parsnip, parsley in mesh bag and add to pot

Add carrots and squash
Step 3
Bring to a boil
Step 4
Once boiling for 1/2 hour, add chicken bones, wings and marrow bones in mesh bag

Add salt and spices
Step 6
Cook on low for 3-4 hours

Use 12 qt pot
