Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked.
Step 2
Set chicken aside to rest and remove drippings from the pan.
Step 3
Melt butter and stir in garlic paste.
Step 4
Deglaze pan with white wine.
Step 5
Whisk in heavy cream and bring to a low bubbling simmer.
Step 6
Add basils, parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Reduce heat and stir in mozzarella.
Step 8
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions.
Step 9
Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain pasta. Stir reserved pasta water into sauce to loosen it up.
Step 10
Add pasta to sauce and stir until combined.
Step 11
Slice chicken and stir into pasta.
