Instructions

Step 1
Set aside 100g Greek yoghurt for serving. Put all of the remaining ingredients (except the chicken and) in a bowl and stir thoroughly. Add the chicken to the yoghurt marinade, cover and chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F), fan 180°C (355°F), gas mark 6 or fire up the barbecue.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the fridge. Thread the thicken onto skewers. You can used metal or bamboo skewers, but soak the bamboo skewers in water first to prevent them from burning.

Step 4
Place the skewers on the barbecue and grill for 30-35 minutes until the chicken has cooked through. If you’re cooking in the oven, skewer the meat as above, place skewers on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve the kebabs with remaining 100g Greek yoghurt
