Step 1
1. a pan- add olive oil, onion and bell peppers. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until veggies soften. Add in corn kernels and seasonings. Continue to cook for 5 minutes. Take off heat and let chill slightly.

2. On a tortilla, spread refried beans, top with shredded chicken, veggie mixture and shredded cheese. Fold in two sides of tortilla and roll into a burrito. Continue for remaining ingredients.
Step 3
3. Heat a pan with oil spray and place burritos seal side down on pan to seal shut. Wrap in tin foil and freeze for up to 3 months.
Step 4
4. When ready to heat either place in 400F oven for 15-20 minutes, take out of tin foil and cook over medium high heat pan ~5 minutes each side or take out of tin foil and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
