Instructions
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients. Work in the butter (cold). Add egg and vanilla.
Step 2
Press on cookie sheet. Dough will be very sticky; flour or water your hands when pressing the dough.
Step 3
Slice apples very thin. Line dough with apples.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; tbs of butter all over.
Step 5
Mix lemon juice, water and a little sugar. When cake is done sprinkle all over.
Step 6
Bake at 350ΒΊ for 30 minutes.
