Instructions

Step 1
Cook the mushrooms in a tiny bit of oil or dry pan until starting to brown. Add a little oil and butter with the shallots until nearly shallots are nearly translucent.
Step 2
Add whiskey and flambe to cook off alcohol.
Step 3
Add heavy cream after alcohol has cooked off some, remove from heat, and it's ready to serve.
