Instructions

Preheat oven to 110 degrees celcius

Prepare oven tray by either placing lightly greased baking sheet inside the tray

Whisk egg white and water in a mixing bowl until frothy

Fold the pecans into the egg mixture and coat evenly

In a separate container or bowl, mix together the cinnamon, sugar and salt

Pour the mixed sugar, cinnamon and salt over the pecans and ensure that they are mixed together thoroughly and coated evenly

Spread the pecan mixture over the baking pan so the nuts are separated

Place the pan in the oven for 1 hour, ensuring that the mixture is stirred every 15 minutes until ready

When ready take the pecan nuts out of the oven. Personally I enjoy them most when they are warm, but if you would prefer to store them for the perfect stand by snack- keep them in an air tight container.
