chopped
0.5cucumber
chopped
½ cupred bell pepper
chopped
3artichoke hearts
3 tablespoonshemp seeds
½ cupchickpeas
canned, rinsed
2 tablespoonsalmonds
sliced
For the Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
chop lettuce, bell pepper and cucumber and add to bowl
Step 2
scoop out 3 artichoke hearts from jar and add to salad
Step 3
add your chickpeas, hemp seeds and almonds to bowl as well
Step 4
mix dressing ingredients in a jar and pour over salad
