A simple basic soup. This can be used a foundation for other potatoe soups. Everything I do is by eye so I'm esteemsing measurement excuse me for that.

Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut your potatoes into 1 inch cubes
Step 2
With your potatoes in a pot fill your pot till your potatoes are cover with water
Step 3
Cover your pot and cook your potatoes till fork tender (I went a little over a hour)
Step 4
Once your potatoes are tender enough to poke a fork through strain out your water
Step 5
Make about 2 cups of chicken broth with your bouillon powder. And add to your potatoes.
Step 6
Mix and moosh a little of your potatoes. Add your cream and stir in. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
