Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the first 8 dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add the milk, egg, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and still using the whisk, combine well.
Step 3
For uniformed pancakes, I add ⅓ cup batter into Red Copper 5 Minute Chef. Use your preferred method for heating up your pancakes. This is the time I’ll add chocolate chips to the batter.
Step 4
This recipe freeze well. In-between each pancake, add a layer of parchment paper. Store in freezer bag. Reheat the same way you'll make frozen Waffles.
