Step 1
The easiest way to make this is to buy a bag of already chopped lettuce, but if you don’t do that, chop a head of lettuce (iceberg or romaine) into 1” pieces. Try to exclude the ribs/stems in the middle.
Step 2
Add as much mayo to the lettuce as your heart desires! I would probably start with at least 1 cup, but you can adjust more or less as you experiment and see the finished product.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy! (Best enjoyed chilled.)
