Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter and cold water over stove.

Cool down the roux to a cold state ideally in a processor with the balloon whisk attachment otherwise put in the fridge.
Step 5
Add 8 eggs to a silky consistancy.

Pipe into the desired shape. Ensuring theres plenty of space between the shapes to rise.
