Sushi Bowl with Air Fryer Salmon

This sushi bowl was absolutely delicious. My friend Shihan sent some of his new Thai Chili products and I knew I had to make this sushi bowl. Air fryer salmon is by far the best way to cook salmon and all the flavors in this bowl are amazing!

2 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
2 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspginger powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder

Step 1
For the marinade, in a bowl mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, ginger powder, garlic powder and Thai Chili honey

Step 2
Pour sauce over salmon and let marinade for at least 30 minutes

Air fry salmon bites at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes until it's crispy
Step 4
For your spicy mayo, mix together mayo, rice vinegar, soy sauce and Thai Chili Sriracha. Lightly fold in cilantro
Step 5
Into a bowl add your rice and top with cucumbers, avocado, carrots, salmon bites and pickled ginger. Top with spicy mayo, furikake and green onions. Enjoy!
