Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190?C.

Slice the chicken fillets lengthways into strips.

3 In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg and honey together

4 Combine the ground almonds, hemp, chipotle sauce, oregano and smoked paprika in another shallow bowl.

5 Dip a chicken strip into the egg mixture, then into the ground almond mix, making sure to coat generously Set aside and repeat for the remaining chicken strips.

6 Heat the olive oil on a high heat on a non-stick pan. Fry the chicken strips for 2-3 minutes each side

7 Place the chicken strips on a baking tray lightly coated in until olive the oil chicken and cook is cooked in the through oven for and a further golden 10 brown minutes,on the outside. Serve up with a dip of your choice.
