Ingredients

1 lbground beef pork
mix
1onion
Large, diced
2carrots
Large, peeled and diced
¾ tspsalt
pepper
1 tspbasil
1can cut green beans
drained, wax
1Can condensed tomato soup
2 Tbspbeef broth powder
dissolved in
¼ cupwater
¼ tspWorcestershire sauce
1can of sliced mushrooms
or 1 cup or so fresh mushrooms, optional
¼ cupfrozen corn

0.5 Cupmilk
warmed
1egg
beaten
1 Cupscheddar cheese
2 TbspParsley
8white potatoes

Instructions
Step 1
- Cook your peeled, diced potatoes, drain and mash until smooth adding your warm milk, salt, parsley and whipped egg to your mashed potatoes. Set aside.
Step 2
- Fry onions and mushrooms until lightly browned, remove and set aside.
Step 3
- Cook beef/pork in same pot until cooked through. Add mushrooms and onions back to the pot and then add tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, basil, beef broth in water mix and cook for a few minutes to combine.
Step 4
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and add in canned beans, chopped carrots and corn mixing it all together.(note feel free to add whatever vegetables you desire.)
Step 5
- Spread your mashed potatoes evenly over the meat mixture in your casserole dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese of your preference on top.
Step 7
- Cover and bake at 350 F for approximately 25 to 30 min until juices are bubbling at the sides. Remove from oven and allow to rest with the lid on for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
