2 x 16 ozcans jalapeno bacon beans
2 x 16 ozChili Red Beans in Med Sauce
1 x 16 ozcan no salt diced tomatoes
optional
1 x 8 ozcan Tomato Sauce
double if not using diced
¼ cupyellow onion
diced, or 1 Tbsp dried onion
1 lbground turkey
1 Tbspolive oil
¼ tspred pepper flakes
½ tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspcumin
1 tspsalt
Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in dutch oven over medium heat.
Step 2
Add diced onion and saute till soft
Step 3
Add ground turkey and saute until cooked
Step 4
Add all cans and spices. Bring to a low boil until heated through. Can leave on a low simmer or add to crockpot for extended time of serving.
