Instructions
Step 1
Cook hashbrowns and sausages in the oven for 25 minutes
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms and fry them in a pan. When they are nicely softened, add the chopped or pressed garlic.
Step 3
Fry or scramble the eggs. Use the same pan as the one for the mushrooms for added flavour.
Step 4
Season the beans with salt and pepper then heat.
Step 5
Serve everything together and enjoy :)
