Instructions
Step 1
Grind garlic and ginger and mix with lemon juice and thyme and set aside.
Step 2
Cut all the vegetables in small chunks
Step 3
Put vegetables, chicken, chicken, miso paste and a stock cube in the pot and add approximately 1.5 liters of water.
Step 4
Cook at medium heat until it boils. When it boils add the ginger, garlic and lemon mixture and salt(per liking just be careful that miso paste is already salty) and lower the heat.
Step 5
Continue to cook until chicken and vegetables are cooked through (around 30 mins)
Step 6
When everything is finished add pepper per liking. It is ready to be served.
Step 7
You can add any additional topping when serving the soup or you can eat it like this.
