Instructions
Step 1
Line 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Break ginger biscuits into small pieces.
Step 3
Melt chocolate, syrup and butter over pan simmering water.
Step 4
Once melted stir in biscuits, coconut, ginger and sultanas.
Step 5
Put in tin and roughly smooth top.
Step 6
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top.
Step 7
Chill in fridge for 2 hours or more.
