Instructions

Step 1
Using a whisk, beat the eggs, vanilla extract, whole milk and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl.

Whisk in the pancake mix and continue to whisk until there are no lumps in the batter.
Step 3
Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes to let it thicken.
Step 4
Pour into your preheated waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Enjoy!
