Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
2 Add Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper.

3 Cook, stirring often, until well browned in spots and beginning to soften, 5-7 minutes.

4 Reduce heat to low and add shallots and butter. Cook, stirring often, until soft, about 3 minutes.

5 dd broth; increase heat and bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan.
Step 6
6 Reduce to medium-low and simmer until broth has evaporated, 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
7 Stir in Bacon Jam and serve.
