Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan.
Step 2
Slowly stir in milk. Cook over medium, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

Boil for one minute.
Step 4
Beat eggs, slightly in a glass measuring bowl. Pour 1 c. of the hot milk liquid from the saucepan over the eggs and stir with a fork.
Step 5
Pour the egg and milk mixture BACK INTO THE PAN. Boil and stir for 1 minute, remove from heat.
Step 6
Stir in butter and vanilla. Let filling cool.
Step 7
Slice bananas into a graham cracker crust. And add cooled filling. Chill until firm.
