Ingredients

2 Tbspolive oil
1onion
chopped
2cloves garlic
minced
1 lbground beef
kosher salt
black pepper
1 Tbsptomato paste
1 ¼ cupbeef broth low sodium
1 x 15 ozcan tomato sauce
1 x 15 ozcan diced tomatoes
1 tspitalian seasoning
1 tsppaprika
1 ½ cupselbow macaroni
1 cupcheddar cheese shredded
parsley
fresh chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain. Set aside.
Step 2
In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more
Step 3
Add ground beef and cook until done. Drain. Salt and pepper. Place mixure into macaroni pot.
Step 4
Add tomato paste to pot and stir. Pour in broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Add Italian seasoning and paprika. Stir in macaroni.
Step 5
Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in cheese. Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley. Serve.
