Pancake Bread Batter:
1 cuppancake mix
½ cupflour
½ tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
½ cupbutter
melted
2eggs
½ cupmaple syrup
1 tspvanilla extract
Topping:
Instructions
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
2.Whisk together the pancake mix, flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; add the rest of the ingredients, and stir together until you get a smooth batter.
Step 3
3.Grease a casserole dish or cake pan, add the batter to it, and then top with a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of some granulated sugar.
Step 4
4.Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, and allow the pancake bread to fully cool before cutting into it; it’s super delicate when it’s warm.
