Instructions

Step 1
Blend all of the ingredients

Slice the rack into cutlets
Step 3
Marinate, submerged in the marinade, overnight
Step 4
Remove excess marinade, and sear the cutlets on each edge (5 minutes total)
Step 5
Roast for up to 15 minutes at 220°C; 200 Fan
Step 6
As the lamb is cooking, simmer the remaining marinade for 5 minutes
