Instructions
For the dressing
Step 1
In a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, few drops of soy sauce, crushed ginger, and finely chopped red chilli. Mix well.
For the salad
Step 2
Dry roast 1 tsp of white sesame seeds.
Step 3
Dry roast some peanuts, remove the skin, and crush them.
Step 4
Chop 1 small onion and 1 mango lengthwise. Grate 1 raw mango.
Step 5
In a mixing bowl, add the chopped mangoes and onion. Pour the salad dressing on top. Add the roasted sesame seeds and crushed peanuts. Add chopped coriander. Sprinkle some salt as per taste. Mix well.
