Instructions

Step 1
Bake tofu for 10 mins at 400F
Step 2
Place a non-stick pan on high heat
Step 3
Add chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, peanuts and mix for 4 mins
Step 4
Add snow peas, red bell peppers, and mix for 4 mins
Step 5
Add chillies, green onions, baked tofu and mix for 4 mins
Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water and stir until dissolved
Step 7
Add corn starch slurry to pan, remove from heat and mix until sauce thickens
