Instructions

Parmesan sauce

Step 1
Great the parmesan and chop the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the garlic and fry for about 1,5min. Make sure it doesn't get to dark.
Step 3
Then pure in the heavy cream. The cream should boil once, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Then add the parmesan and seasoning. Stir well until the cheese has melted. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 5min.

Crispy chicken

Step 5
Cut the chicken breast in half. You only need one half. Season with salt and pepper.

Crack the egg into a flat plate. Pure in the milk. Whisk until well combined.
Step 7
Add the flour and cornflakes each to another flat plate. Crush the cornflakes by hand.
Step 8
First coat the chicken with flour. Then dip it in the egg mixture and finally in the cornflakes. Make sure it's covered everywhere.
Step 9
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for 2-3min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Wrap

Step 10
Half the tomatoes.
Step 11
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the mayonnaise.
Step 12
Place the salad, cherry tomatoes and chicken on top.
Step 13
Pure the sauce over the chicken.
Step 14
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 15
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
